Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please make sure all order details—including sizes, designs, and shipping information—are correct before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the situation and, if approved, send a replacement.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted, as processing begins immediately.
